Visit 29 Palms Events Program Application
Ready to bring your event to 29 Palms? Visit 29 Palms Events Program applications are accepted through two funding cycles each year. Review the application deadlines and eligible event dates below, then prepare and submit the required application materials for the appropriate funding cycle.
Application Deadlines
Round One
For events taking place: January 1–June 30, 2027
Application Deadline: October 1, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Round Two
For events taking place: July 1–December 31, 2027
Application Deadline: April 1, 2027 at 12:00 p.m.

Application Workshop
Interested applicants are encouraged to attend the Visit 29 Palms Events Program Workshop on Thursday, September 3 at 5:00 p.m. at the Freedom Plaza Community Center. Learn more about the program, application requirements, and review and scoring process. Members of the TBID Events Subcommittee will share tips for preparing a strong application and answer questions ahead of the October 1 deadline.
Application Materials
To apply for funding through the Visit 29 Palms Events Program, prepare the three required application documents:
1. Download and complete the Visit 29 Palms Events Program Application Form.
2. Download and complete the Visit 29 Palms Event Budget Worksheet.
3. Obtain a Preliminary Venue Agreement or Letter of Intent.

Once all three required application documents are complete, submit them through the online application form by the applicable application deadline.
