Big things are on the horizon for Twentynine Palms! 🎶 The 29 Palms Music Series Committee, an affiliate of the Basin Wide Foundation, has advanced in the running for a Levitt Music Series AMP Grant, an incredible opportunity that could bring 10 free, family-friendly outdoor concerts each year for three years to Freedom Plaza, starting in 2026.
The Levitt Foundation is a national leader in funding free outdoor music experiences that transform underused public spaces into thriving community destinations. If awarded, this three-year grant would provide up to $120,000 to help launch a new music series right here in the heart of downtown 29 Palms. Imagine gathering with friends, neighbors, and visitors under the desert sky to enjoy an eclectic lineup of local, regional, and national artists, all at no cost to the audience.
But to make this vision a reality, your vote is essential!
Public voting will take place September 5–15, 2025, and anyone, anywhere, can show their support! Every vote counts, and community enthusiasm will play a critical role in determining which cities are selected.
