Together with the City of Twentynine Palms, Visit 29 Palms continues to closely monitor the latest developments and guidance provided by health official regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The City of Twentynine Palms is following the guidance of the San Bernardino County Health Department, the California Department of Public Health, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
As the City of Twentynine Palms reopens and we look forward to welcoming travelers back to our desert community, we urge everyone to follow best practices and remain diligent in doing your part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please be advised that as of June 18, 2020, public health officials now require Californians to wear cloth face coverings or masks in all common and public indoor spaces and outdoors when physical distancing is not possible. Face coverings and masks help reduce the spread of coronavirus, especially when combined with physical distancing and frequent hand washing.
